Harris Tweed Uist Harris Tweed’s hertiage lies with the islanders of Lewis, Harris, Bara and Uist (pronounced ‘Oo-ist) who spin, dye and finish this luxury cloth entirely by hand. That’s why we’ve decided to call our four Tweed sets after the islands names. The Uist is a rich Navy Blue Herringbone material finished with black thread.
