All business undertaken is subject to our company's standard Termns and Conditions. 
TERMS: Nett 30 days from date of supply (for established accounts).  If we have not traded with you before, it may be necessary to issue a proforma invoice until such time as a Credit Account can be established on these terms.
TITLE OF GOODS: All goods supplied remain with CLARKE AND STRONG LTD. until full and final payment has been received. 
CARRIAGE/DELIVERY: Carriage is generally included when the net invoice is to the value of £400.00 and the delivery in one lot to all GB mainland business destinations, with the exception of Grampians, Scottish Highlands, Northern and Southern Ireland and outlying Islands.  Quotations for those areas and other offshore destinations can be given at the time of order.  Some extra charges may apply, where congestion charges are incurred.  Extra charges may also apply if carriers have to re-deliver for any reason. Deliveries over the GB mainland are usually made by carrier on a 2-3 day delivery process.
Next day delivery is available on request for orders placed before NOON, subject to stock. If specific delivery requirements are stated at the time of ordering we will endeavour to meet individual requirements and advise you of charges..
Orders under £400 (excl. VAT), export orders and excessively heavy orders will incur a charge and this will be advised on receipt of order.
NOTICE OF NON-DELIVERY: Must be made within 14 days of date of invoice.  Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
PPE: PPE is only as effective as it should be if it is used in accordance with all rules, regulations, guidance and instructions that apply to the relevant equipment and the environment in which it is stored and used. All goods should be stored, handled and used in accordance with good industrial hygiene and in compliance with all the relevant legal guidance, regulations and instructions. You are responsible for the conformity in relation to all relevant health and safety legislations in the work environment that the goods are used. Please be aware that due to the unprecedented demand for PPE during the global Covid-19 pandemic, we have been manufacturing to order and we can no longer offer any refund once PPE has been ordered. We are dispatching all goods on an urgent basis, this may mean that you recieve part orders. Please rest assured we will endeavour to complete your full order as soon as efficently possible.
RETURNS: Most items purchased through Clarke and Strong Limited are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Any product which has, or could have been, in contact with the deceased including being stored in a Mortuary environment, is not eligible for a Refund. Returned items will be credited back for the full amount you paid. If an item is found to be faulty we can send a replacement and you will not be responsible for cost of return shipping. Alternatively, we can offer a refund if the goods are found to be faulty once they have been sent back to us for examination. However if the item is no longer needed and is not faulty we can offer a refund on the condition that you are responsible for the return shipping fee. 
EXPORTS: Prices will be quoted ex works.
CHANGES in specification and prices may be implemented without notice. Prices may change depending on raw material cost movement .
VAT charged extra at current rate.

Clarke and Strong Limited does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. Clarke and Strong have a legal obligation to ensure that we have adequate technical and organisational measures in place to safeguard all data kept.

Under the data protection legislation, you have the right to:
